Dear Sir
My self Mr Ajit Aswale and my four family members were travelling from Delhi to Mumbai via Indigo *E *** **/*/****.PRN No YHCT*A.Flight was departed at **.** from Delhi and was expected to land a Mumbai at **.**. Due to non availability for arrival at Mumbai the flight was delayed by four hours by landing it at Ahmadabad first and then to Mumbai.. It was expected that flight should arrive at **.**.But due to four hours delay I missed my Bus from Mumbai to Kolhapur which was online booked for all we five members and I suffered loss of Rs ****/-due to non attending bus in time. After that at * am on **/* there was very low availability of bus to Kolhapur. Being two small children with me I got lot of physical exertion to find bus at too late night. Finally I travelled by taxi directly which cost me double the regular fare. So it is requested to issue me compensation of Rs *****/- total for finical and physical exertion.
