Self is holding a Salary Account with Axis Bank. As per the terms D.D. is free of cost to Salary Account Holders. During the month of Dec-**** self has taken * DDs from Axis Bank , Ollur Branch , Kerala. During that time branch staff confirmed it is a free of service to me. However on **rd Jan ****, bank debited Rs.****.** as bank charges including GST. They have not sent any SMS or email regarding this debit. Only I can understand this when I get login on my account. Self made complaints on different levels viz. branch, customer care , Nodal Officer & principal Nodal Officer. All are protecting their bank staff ignoring customer interest. As a customer I am cheated by the bank. If I am informed the charges during the time DD application level, I can opt other modes like NEFT or RTGS. Bank hided the cost and as customer I am incurred financial loss. Banks complaint forums is not protecting customer interest.
