Bajaj Finanance Ltd - Financial fraud

I have received a health policy kit through Whats-apps massage on **.*.**** **.** PM. providing an offer from Aditya Birla General Health Insurance Company. I have no any dues of any commodities at Bajaj finance Ltd. Memari Branch till **/**/****. I came to know through Bajaj Finance Ltd. Mobile apps that a loan account has been created for the above mentioned policy, and the due date for the loan amount *st EMI is Rs. **** (one thousand) is **/**/****. All these facts has been performed without my consent which is complete illegal and unlawful.
In this circumstances I submit a complain on **/**/**** against the policy cancellation to the concerned authority of ABC Health Insurance Company and Bajaj Finance Ltd. through e-mail. And ABC Health Insurance Company replied on **/**/**** to confirm about cancellation of policy and the amount will refund to the source account i.e. my newly created loan account (W**GIPGG******) by Bajaj finance Ltd. Memari Branch. But now when I inform it to the Bajaj finance Ltd. Memari Branch with all the necessary documents, they verbally informed me the *st EMI will deducted from my bank account and will be refund it later.
Sir, I am a State Govt. Employee feels very mentally disturb in this situation and I want to get reed from all these facts. Please take necessary steps in this matter.
