Bajaj Finanance Ltd - Bouncing charges for loan

I had a Digital product loan with Bajaj Finance ltd. ECS deduction from SBI, The loan date was on *nd day of every month. for the month of Oct **** the same were not deducted from by ECS showing insufficient fund on account. But the account has sufficient balance on loan date, i experienced same in previous month & as request from their collection team this month i cleared the payment on next day **.**.**** manually. on **.**.**** i got an sms from Bajaj saying " Your card has been blocked due to loan EMI bounced coz of insufficient fund, When i talk with them they inform me that i need to pay Rs.*** for the same. Its reported by Bank that my account doesn't have sufficient fund on loan date & i approach bank with statement for the same date then they told me that no bouncing were reported from their side if they done SBI charges a bounce charge Rs.*** must deduct from account on next day of bouncing. But they didnt charge any amount till now. The sad fact is i maintained balance in account ECS not cleared & i cleared payment on next day and now i need to pay Bounce charges for the same. Really pathetic experience for honest customer from Bajaj Finance Ltd. Now the Bajaj finance team is not Picking up my Call. Please do the need full.
