Bajaj Finanance Ltd - Annual fees charged without my concent

one day i have opted for Bajaj EMI card to use for my personal expense if required & they have created with no charge but last year i received the message if you will not use the card we will deduct *** fees from your account & actually they did it after this incident i tried to contact Bajaj but no solution provided so not to repeat again i have opted to block my card but now again in October they have start sending me message we will deduct the annual fees if not used also they have reissue me the card without my consent required your support to please get rid off it as they are fooling customer & dumping them with our hard earned money
