Hp - file a complaint against HP for not completing laptop repairs even after payment is done

I wish to complain about my laptop which is HP Pavilion Notebook - **-ab***tx. I requested the full-body replacement from HP yet they fail to deliver half the parts plus they ruined my motherboard which leads to ruin the whole laptop.

I am complaining because HP India is delaying me for so long, they are not responding to my tweets, nor personal Messages (DM's) and phone call is the worst where you wait for an hour just to get disconnected. To resolve this problem I would like you to help me out by putting them a pressure to resolve my issue with the given FINAL DATE and Help me to get my laptop issue to solve or Ask them to Compensate me for a new Full-fledge same specification Laptop.

When I first learned of this problem, I contacted Mohammed from HP SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM from Twitter and after ** days of smashing my head with them, I was told that nothing could be done about my problem and suggested I repair it from local vendors. I believe that this response is unfair because I already paid for the body parts and my motherboard was ruined because of their fault and now they are asking me to spend **k more to repair it not from HP but other third-party local vendors which is very disappointing.
