Air india - Fight missed because of your staff

Came to airport on time I want to the checking counter and I asked air india employee standing there that whether weather it is required for me to have a Fastrack check in, the Air India employee told me that it is not required for me to go to fast checkin.

So I stayed in the general line. When it is the counter they told me like checking for my flight or closed so I can go to the Fastrack counter now I went to the faster counter the person told me that he can provide me the boarding pass but can't do checkin for luggage. And you told me that I can't help me I have to go to general assistance counter.

I went to the general assistance counter told them same.
Instead of helping me they are saying that it is my fault that i am late.

But i am on time and i asked air india employee that am i on time. She said yes.

If your staff is not efficient so why customer should suffer.

At the general assistance counter the they are not entertaining the complaints, they are making fun of the people.

They only wants to sell new tickets by seeing helpless people.
