I want to change my airtel fiber net connection to other place in the city but always customer care executive tell me to "your request is forwarded to your local area network engineer for transfer process. But no one are call or visit my office for consult about transfer. I also recharge for * month and also gone * month but transfer process not proceed.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
