Today i made a booking in one of the hotel in Noida through Agoda. My amount got deducted and didn't received any booking id or confirmation mail. I called at customer care but the no is unavailable then we made a call to the hotel and they told that there is no booking by your name. So i want to know where my money has gone and who is responsible for this
