NoBroker com - Feel cheated by the movers and packers quality

I went through the worst experience of moving my belongings. Despite receiving numerous reassuring calls from sales team about great customer satisfaction, I ended up having a terrible and horrifying tragedy.

Nobroker should Refund my money immediately for the subpar support and the lies that were fed right from the beginning!

*. I scheduled my booking for *AM on the **th and explicitly stated that I couldn't do it in the afternoon because I had planned a party at my new house for *PM. However, without consulting me, they changed the pickup time to *PM. Who authorized such a change without my consent? As a result, I had to reschedule all my party arrangements to the next day because of you. Nobroker should be held responsible for the cancellation costs amounting to INR *,***.

*. Terrible customer support: Executive and Manager vanished after a single call when they were supposed to assist me with Plan B. They simply disappeared without a trace. Why did this happen? It is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

*. Despite repeatedly emphasizing the need for my goods to be packed properly to ensure their good condition, they were packed inadequately. A significant portion of the items were secured with cellotape instead of using proper carton boxes. Why did this happen? (Pictures are attached as evidence.)

*. My refrigerator has a dent and was not packed from behind. Additionally, four carton boxes were loaded on top of it. I will have the service team assess the condition of the refrigerator, and you will be responsible for covering the cost of the damages. This kind of unprofessional handling of business is unacceptable. (Picture attached for reference.)

*. The gas regulator is broken as a result of careless handling. I demand immediate reimbursement from you to cover the cost of its replacement. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. (Picture attached for reference.)

Nobroker must refund me immediately and pay additional charges for deceiving me about the service, causing damage to my items, and failing to show up as promised on the scheduled pickup date. Take immediate action to rectify this situation.
