KFC - Feedback and Complaint Regarding Food Quality at KFC Bhilai outlet Surya Vihar Junwani Road Bhilai

I am a loyal customer of KFC and absolutely love your dishes, especially the Classic Chicken Zinger Burger, which is my all-time favorite, and the Hot & Crispy Chicken. However, I am writing to express my concern about the declining quality of these items at your Bhilai outlet (Surya Vihar, Junwani Road, Bhilai).
For some time now, I have noticed the following issues:
*. Classic Chicken Zinger Burger: The burger bun quality has significantly deteriorated. The buns are not as fresh or soft as they used to be, which affects the overall taste and experience of my favorite dish.
*. Hot & Crispy Chicken: The chicken is being over-fried, resulting in a dark brown color. Additionally, the outer layer (coating) has become thinner, which has altered the taste and texture compared to the high-quality standards I previously enjoyed.
I have been a regular customer at KFC Bhilai because of the exceptional taste and quality your brand is known for. However, these recurring issues are affecting my dining experience. I kindly request you to investigate the food preparation and quality control processes at this outlet to restore the standards that made KFC my favorite.
Suggestion: Please ensure that the burger buns are fresh and soft, as they were before, and review the frying process for the Hot & Crispy Chicken to avoid overcooking and maintain the thickness of the coating for the authentic taste.
