Had enrolled for Henry Harvin Mandarin language course. Fee details were shared by whatsApp, received a call on **th June to pay token amount before *pm which I paid online. Now due to change of plans, am asking for refund of my money which they are refusing to pay back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.

I got a call from Henry Harvin , to order the hard copy of my cerificate. However they have given timeline it will be recieved within * months. Still it was not received as completed more than * months for this.
