Harsh filed complaint against FEDEX on Oct 15, 2020
I have been waiting for my shipment that came from japan from last * month.
I am not getting any updates, only mails in which they just say that we apologize and all, then nothing...
i am not getting updates from last friday on the tracking info.
Now customer care is also not taking up my calls, they disconnect it deliberately.
