My shipment moved from Hong Kong on *th September and it’s **th September today and till date I haven’t received my shipment. I updated the kyc documents and a declaration on *th September **** but still it is not updated in FedEx systems. I’ve been following up with FedEx on a daily basis But every time their is only one excuse that they will send a mail to kyc department and someone will call me back. Please help me with this.
