I have ordered some exotic aquatic plants for my aquarium from online store "bunnycart.com". The shipment number is ************. The sender has sent the parcel on *th January and since *th January it is in Bangalore. However, the Bangalore Fedex Company is not delivering to me since them. I have been calling them everyday and they are not doing anything. They have wrongly mentioned that the customer is not available while they never called me. Every time they say we are investigating but never doing anything. They are not even sending the parcel to the sender so they are not refunding my money.
Please let me know what legal options I have for this.
