have a Samsung Washing machine that i purchased on **/**/**** & it came with * years warranty.
When it first came they had to change the PCB of machine without even a single use.
But i cooperated, but after that it's been *th or *th time that this machine has repaired.
Now it has the same problem for *th time now..
I had been given a defective product from the start and i am no more unable to give time on this...
I bought a Samsung product because i trusted the brand but in reality i am just frustrated by this machine.
I just want a replacement for this faulty machine nothing else.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
