Whirlpool - Faulty washing machine by whirlpool

*. I purchased whirlpool washing on **/**/**.
*. After few months the machine started malfunctioning as it started leaving stain marks on my clothes and bedsheets.
*. So i contacted whirlpool and they send a technician at home and he told us that we need to replace our filter which would cost us **** Rs
*. I went ahead and paid him the amount and i have bill of that also though my washing machine is still in warranty.
*. But next day machine again had the same problem so we contacted that technician Abdul again and he started misbehaving and stopped picking up our calls
*. Then again we contacted whirlpool as our washine is in warranty and our clothes were still getting damaged and after that sent *-* technicians and all of them failed to resolve my issue
*. Then i asked the company for replacement/refund but they cancelled my request and told me my washing machine is new and there is something else wrong with water which doesn’t make sense at all as i have been living here since ** years and using washing machine before this one also . I also asked my neighbors and none of them are facing such issue
*. I have made mutiple complaints after that and they are ignoring me and waiting the warranty peroid to expire so they can charge more from us
*. I am emotionally and mentally exhausted because of whirlpool service executives.
**. I am also suffering financial loss as cost of washing machine , filter charges and my clothes and bedsheets have been spoilt because of these guys
**. Please help me get my refund from whirlpool as I don’t know how to tackle such unprofessional company
