Axis Bank - Faulty Transaction by Axis Bank

Some adjustment entry of Rs. *** has been debited from my fastag account with Axis Bank on **th March, **** without any prior intimation or my consent. Upon reporting to customer care, initially they agreed upon for refund, which I haven't received till date. Now they are asking me to mail car photographs along with ID's. This is a sheer harassment and I feel is a fraud being done on banks part.

How can any authority or organisation charge customers like this without being consented ?? I don't feel that our hard earned money is safe with these banks. I have also came across prior reports of the same fraud with other customers on web. How many customers are ignorant of these malpractices and are cheated ??
