I bought one smart TV of Samsung brand of **' on *st Dec ****. Now on *th august ****, the screen is totally in black condition even in on position and when I logged in the complaint with the Samsung service centre, they replied me that the complaint will be resolved in three days. Now I don't want the service of this company. The product is totally faulty. I want my money back from this fraud company.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
