Deficiency of service, breach of **-year warranty, and unfulfilled commitments by the Reliance Digital CEO Desk. My Kelvinator *kg Front Load Washing Machine broke down on May *, ****. The ResQ technician visited and officially confirmed that spare parts are incompatible with this model, explicitly recommending a full unit replacement.
The matter was escalated to the corporate CEO Desk (Complaint No: *********). Executive Arbaz Bilal gave written assurances via email promising a resolution first by May **, and then extended to May **, ****. Both deadlines have passed with zero action. No service team has arrived, and the local Angul service manager is entirely evading my calls and messages.
This delay is causing immense daily hardship to my elderly parents, forcing us to pay for commercial laundry out of pocket.
Relief Sought: Immediate issuance of a Replacement Authorization Code for a new washing machine, along with full financial compensation for our laundry costs and the mental harassment caused to my family.
