I had bought samsung washing machine from reliance and had bought reliance ResQ extended warranty.
Recently, my washing maching had some issue and the same was informed to resq customer care for service under warranty which they informed they will provide it within * days. However after * days I kept following up with them but no one came for the service and the customer executive always says that it's escalated by EOD you will receive call.
It's been * days now and no one follow up and I had a multiple calls with them but no outcome.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
