I purchased Apple iPad * along with the screen protection plan of Reliance resQ from reliance Digital store Guwahati last year on ** th Jul my device screen got damaged accidentally on ** Jul ** I raised repair request their team picked up my device on ** Jul ** after assessing the damage they are now saying it is un repairable and offering replacement with excess fee of ***** since my device is under protection plan it is their obligation to replace it without any cost. Even after I refused to pay the excess fee they are not returning my device back they keep on holding my device and not giving any further information about it delay of delivering my device is causing me financial losses and mentally stress
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
