Quikr - Faulty refurbished mobile received

I have ordered a refurbished mobile phone from Quikr bazar Make HTC Desire *** Dual Sim having order ID - ******** on *nd Feb **. Hence it was Quikr certified and mentioned in good condition which makes me make me not to worry and I purchased it on the goodwill of Quirk. It was delivered to me on *th Feb **** but I have received a faulty display of same mobile (display is blinking).

After many follow-ups from them, they reverse pick up my phone to replace on ** Feb ** but still after one month no replacement or refund is initiated. I am really frustrated with this but still, no one is responding positively. Please help me to resolve this.
