There is a lot of moisture depositing in the fridge; many teams from LG have made visits but no redressal of complaint yet Many of the technicians including those from R&D team agreed that there is a problem yet did not commit on resolution During the last visit when they closed my complaint, they have not even given the job sheet even on asking several times They could not tell me about the normal moisture level and measure of my fridge because they do not have any device to measure moisture All my things are getting damaged in fridge and some things like cheese catch fungus in just * week ! I had filed a complaint on online consumer helpline also where the company closed the case by saying that their technical team feels that the fridge is ok I have complied comparative of photos of items in my fridge and that of family and friends. My point is that if they even put another fridge side by side for some days
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
