Vihang Chandra filed complaint against Tatacliq on Jul 30, 2021
I bought a Samsung television which was faulty so firstly Tatacliq team took almost a month in all the formalities and in scheduling the product's uninstallation. Then the team called us each day until the uninstallation was not done as if the pickup guy is standing at our doorsteps and waiting for the TV to get uninstalled. Now it's been * days since the TV has been uninstalled and packed and no one showed up for the pickup and your team is telling me that it will be done within * working days. We told the customer care person that we will get it installed again tomorrow if no one shows up for the pickup and her response was that "in that case, we will cancel your return request". I mean seriously? Firstly we are shipped a faulty product at **k then there is no replacement option available then the pickup guy doesn't come for the pickup and the team wants us to wait for * working days and the refund will take another *-* working days. Then if we will place the order again it will take another *-* working days in the delivery.
And if the cost of the product increases in this time span then there be no relaxation.
So in simple words the company is just sitting on our money and product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
