I bought an ASUS ROG Strix laptop in April **** for Rs. ***,*** for may daughter who is studying Architecture.
The laptop has been misbehaving since the beginning with display issues, overheating and switching off every now and then.
Since June **** my daughter has been visiting their service center regularly and no result after repeated visits. After nearly *-** service calls, the laptop is still the same.
I firmly believe that the laptop is a defective product and needs to be replaced.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
