Jaquar Bath Fittings - Faulty product not replaced in warranty

I purchased WC **** in Mar’**, unfortunately it is leaking, complaint against it on **jun**,checked by Mr. Bablo Jha found leakage, he reported for replacement, again I spoken to Mr. Parth, he promise to change it in **days, but nothing done, again reported to Mr. Parth, he send Mr. Vinay, again it was open & deeply checked by him & found leakage, he issued a service job card dt.** Jul’** & committed will be changed with in **days, today I rang the phone line given to Mr. Parth Sr. Manager, I ask when it be changed again he told that it been approved but will take ** to ** days more.

Now it is already two months gone, wc is not a good thing which keep leaking & we sit by closing nose,

My request to higher auth. of Jaguar to look in to matter and get shorted out my big problem,
