I bought Bose earphones from TataCliq which had battery issues. While purchasing, the product showed easy return policy, however, when I requested for return(*nd day after product delivery) I was asked to go to Bose service centre and get a letter from Bose on their letter head stating that the product had the issues I was mentioning and it was not because of me. This is total harassment of the customer in the name of easy return policy.
And I am now stuck with a sub standard product. I will have to spend a day, drive to Bose service centre which is **kms from my place to get the product fixed. Really poor service by Tata cliq.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
