chinmay patil filed complaint against Titan Eye Plus on Feb 7, 2020
I have been regular customer of titan Eye plus for last one decade and my last purchase was a frame for spectacle from titan eye plus ,Connaught place, new Delhi on Dec **, **** though invoice no BFN*******. i used the same lenses from my old frame( which was also from titan eye plus) and titan salesman fixed it in new spectacle. * months warrantee was given on the product. On Jan **th, **** frame suddenly broken down at frame front & near hinges. It was surprising as such thing never happened with titan frames. So i thought the frame was defective and went to titan eye showrrom where i bought the frame. Store personnel refused to provide any relieve telling its a damage. i also launched online complaint on titan eye plus website customercare@titan.co.in ( Case number TKT-**********) but got no reply till today.
I just need replacement of faulty spectacle.
