Sir I purchased your creta sx o top model in dec ****. Due to faulty product my clutch master and plate including upper pressure cylinder finished. After * days your service provider in Rajasthan sikar Shri ganga Hyundai not able to give reply, when I contact customer care they send the order details of **/**/**** and I told for order on **/**/****. Is this a service in a multinational, Please answer fast.
