Croma A Tata Product - Faulty product

I recently bought a type c to *.*mm adaptor from croma. It got some noise issue so I asked them to replace and i got another adaptor of other company which seems to working fine. At home I found that this new adaptor also has noise issues , just they are a bit less noticeable in noisy environment, but at home it's clearly an issue as there is a constant noise coming from adaptor. I get back again to them on next day but they said no noise is coming from adaptor which is due to loud music playing in the store. I told them that there is noise and i cannot use this like this but they said no noise is coming. If you are not an audio professional then why you have audio products , no one believed me there and i felt like I am making false claim so I left but still it's the worst experience from any customer service I have. This was my first and last product from croma, will never but again from them.
