I ordered a noodles from a restaurant from swiggy at midnight. I added prawns to the order with additional money.. but when I got order there were no prawns in it. And the food also seemed like stale... I couldn't order something else again because I had no money left.. I raised the issue on their help section but they just shut down my query saying that they cannot refund it... I am hungry at midnight... No resolution has been taken by swiggy... And it doesn't have customer care number where I can call and talk personally... I have kept this order package as it is... They charge money for swiggy instamart delivery despite being subscribed to their ONE membership... I'm mentally exhausted using this platform...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
