Faulty Bike delivered on **th June **** and immediately on **th the bike was handed over to OLA Service Centre now it is almost * days and they do not bother to even inform me about the status of the BIKE .. I am demanding to replace the faulty bike with a new bike ....

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
