Ola Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd - ola pro front suspensin broken

I am writing to express my concern and seek your urgent assistance regarding a problem with my Ola S* Pro scooter. The front suspension of my scooter recently broke, and I am facing significant difficulties in resolving this issue.

Upon discovering the damage, I approached my insurance company to file a claim. However, they have refused to cover the repair costs, citing that the suspension issue is a known defect in the Ola S* Pro model and not the result of an accident. Contrary to this, the Ola service center has classified it as accidental damage and not a manufacturing defect.

Given this contradictory information, I am left in a difficult position without a clear resolution. As a loyal customer, I kindly request Ola Electric to intervene and provide a solution. Specifically, I would like to request a suspension replacement, either through Ola Electric directly or by facilitating the approval of my insurance claim.

Touchwood that the rider is safe and doesn’t got any injury but it is very dangerous that the suspension broke which is a deadly incident

My ola scooter is under warranty and with a valid first party insurance policy along with an extended warranty for * years, so theres no chance that you will not provide a replacement under warranty

My ola scooter is currently standing at the ola service centre which is located at Vijaypath nagar,gopal nagar,Amravati ****** It is in immovable condition and can’t be driven.
please its my humble request to give me a suspension replacement
