Ola Electric Mobility Pvt Ltd - Customer helpline services not proper

This complaint is filed against M/s Ola Electric Technologies Pvt. Ltd. GJ**DE**** for severe deficiency in service, unfair trade practices, breach of contract, and the unauthorized use of my electric bike. On July *, ****, a service request (ID: ********) was raised under my Ola Care+ plan ₹*,***/-, which guarantees home service including pickup and drop-off. An appointment was set for July *, ****, but on that date, I was informed home service was discontinued, directly contradicting my paid plan. I was then forced to switch to a showroom repair via pickup, under misleading pretenses. Pickup promises were repeatedly broken: first for July *, ****, with no show. After follow-up, the bike was finally picked up on July *, ****. Despite service completion on July **, ****, Ola Electric has refused drop-off, with both customer care and the service center claiming it's discontinued, again violating my Ola Care+ plan. This forces me to travel **km to collect my vehicle. Crucially, it has come to my attention that my bike, while in Ola's custody, has been used for personal home visits by their staff instead of being securely parked. This is an egregious and unauthorized misuse of my private property, representing a profound breach of trust. Ola Electric's actions constitute a clear breach of contract, gross negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation of services, and the unethical/unauthorized use of personal property. This has caused significant mental harassment, inconvenience, and loss of vehicle utility. I seek immediate direction for Ola Electric to: Arrange immediate, free drop-off of my bike. Provide a full refund for the Ola Care+ plan. Cover the cost of litigation.
