Sir, i have been purchase a sumsung Mobile A** *g gray */*** from Mobile planet Jammu shop No.** on **.**.****, while operatingg the mobile phone it is found that front camera clarity is not working properly/satisfactory. On the spot i have requested the concern shopkeeper to change and request for alternative one. But he refuse the same and ask me that now the Mobile box seal is broken and not possible to change and direct me approach Samsung Service center for repair. On **.**.**** i have approached Samsung Center (A.R Electronics First Floor City Plaza Prem Nagar) for replacement. Meanwhile, i have been e-mailed to the Samsung Customer support on **.**.****, **.**.**** regarding the same problem. But, the company senior suggest me that it is not possible to change. On **.**.**** i have suffer for Mobile as well as my monery Rs.*****/- from the first date of purchase. So, i request to your goodself, that kindly justice with me. Regards
