Smit Asarawala filed complaint against Samsung on Jan 19, 2017
I had bought a Mobile phone on **/**/****. It is a Samung J*(****), and from the *nd month of buying I was favcing a lot of problem with my touch screen (LCD). So I visited the nearest Service Center in my City. And there a Job Sheet was created and I was informed that after *-* days my phone will be returned and LCD will be replaced. But I was given my phone back after ** days.
After that I started facing the same issue in the month of December-****. And the problem with the phone was not continous, and it happens in some period only. Some once when it happened, I recorded a video of the same. And once again I visited the service centre. Showed them the same video. And they said that once again the LCD will be replaced. And again after ** days my phone was returned with the replaced LCD. Now once again just after ** days I am facing the same problem with the screen and in the addition I am facing problemof phone heating + SIM * slot not working + memory card slot not working. So I visited the service centre again * days ago i.e on **/**/****. Amd again deposited the problem in Service centre. And this is the third time I have given my phone in service center, but I have been given the same job sheet given to me on my *nd visit. So on record it is that I have given my phone in service centre for only * times. But actually it is for the third time.
Now I have been informed that there is Aa problem in PCB and now it has to be replaced.
So till now in the mean time of * months of buying the phone, in my phone LCD has been changed for * times and now PCB will also be changed. And till now my phone was with service center for ** days (including today).
Now I am demanding for a replacement as till now my phone has been opened for * times. But they are not entertaining my complaint. And just telling that parts will be replaced. And phone will be not. So now they are just trying to pass out this * year. And then once again the same problem will appear and then I will need to pay the charges.
In this * days, I have contacted customer care for * times and every time I am informed that "your complaint has been accelerated and our senior employee will contact you by evening. By tomorrow." And this is still going on. But no proper answer is given yet. I requested them to create a VOC (Voice of Customer) for me. But that is also not been created. I have sent E-Mail * times. But no reply or atleast no auto-acknowledgement is sent.
I am very disappointed by the service of samsung. And they are just giving round and round answers. And still they are telling that we will call you by tomorrow and inform you about the process.
I wamt a replacement of this phone but I am being harrased by them a lot.
