dear Sirs,
my name is adilaxmamma. bought a lg double door refrigerator on **-**-**** from bajaj electronics near suchitra circle, kompally, hyderabad [Invoice attached] to my surprise the delivered a faulty lg double door refrigerator which was not cooling, on complaint they repaired it by replacing the compressor it worked for a month and now still its not cooling, i complained again second time in a month the lg mechanic came and checked and told that the compressor gas is leaking. When i paid rs.******.** for the refrigerator I do not want this repairing business and this may happen again any time. Normally the fridge has to work for years without any problem. where as this fridge giving me problems in initial one month itself. whenever they came for checking and to repair i had to take leaves from office it caused a lot of tension lot of follow up and I had to call them on my mobile many times the id people and food milk etc we keep in the fridge got damaged many times. now i can't use this fridge since i am psychologically disturbed given me painful moments, i do not want to use the fridge i want replacement with brand new fridge + rs. ***** compensation in cash or they have to pay the total cost of the fridge amount ie, rs.******.** + damages of Rs *****.
so please do the needful and justice to me agony and pain.
