Dell Laptop Issue - Service Tag Number - DB*LZZ* - frequent repairs - request for immediate replacement
The said Dell equipment was purchased in Aug **** - It was a gift for my son for his online studies as he was joining engineering. In the current covid situation; online is the only mode of education and a laptop is the most important tool as all education is imparted
The Dell laptop was a new model at the time of purchase, initially we had an issue of assigning the service tag number to this computer which was solved in ** to ** days. We extended the warranty by paying warranty subscription fee during the same period of assignment of the service tag.
All was good for some time and my joined the online classes - but since around Oct **** snags with the system started - Dell associates were sincerely trying to solve the issue and immediately after some time some other snag arises
Such huge issues were the snags that my son had spent more time with your Dell associates rather than spending time for his online education - certain times the calls were long - more than * hour or so and continuously being made * - * times a week.
During this period there were telecon calls - onsite visits - parts changed - software issues addressed - hardware issues addressed.

With so many efforts from the Dell team and from us (especially my son who sacrificed his study time for a faulty computer), the Dell machine is still not coming in terms to work smoothly without snags and glitches.
With this background, I request you to please replace the system / computer immediately.
It is not possible for us to continue using the faulty system as it is affecting the performance of my son's education and causing mental agony for him and the entire family caused due to the faulty computer.
Mail sent to Dell grievance officer on **th June **** - No response even after * follow-up mails
