I have been trying to explain the Dell Team (from past *-* months) that my laptop's machinery is extremely efficient.The team here is not ready to understand and resolve my concern.
I use this laptop for very basic functions such as web browsing, reading pdf documents, sending emails etc but this laptop is unacceptably slow while performing these basic functions. Each time I contact Dell, they try to explain to me that my laptop's configuration is such that it is supposed to work very slow.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
