I got cloud walker ** inch TV from Amazon.in (order #***-*******-*******). The TV did not turn on from day *. On contacting Amazon, they gave a number of a technician. He had a look at the TV and said it's broken and I have to raise a complaint about the replacement. From that day, its a daily call to amazon chat, phone, email. Their process just circles around sending SMS and nothing happens beyond that. Somehow, my time for returning the item is abutted to expire and I will not be able to return this faulty item. I have spent ** mins to * hour every day with Amazon customer service to rectify this, but nothing happens.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
