Bhawani pratap singh chauhan filed complaint against Zomato on Jun 11, 2019
Placed an order for dosa and thumbs up. The cold drink's seal was not proper, hence the fizz (gas) has evaporated. I called the restaurant and they told me they will send another bottle, but I need to talk to Zomato. But Zomato clearly stated that they are unable to arrange the item. They charged me ** rupees extra for the delivery. After an hour of chatting with them, there was no help provided because they did not want to send just one item again.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
