Abhijit Chakole filed complaint against Samsung on Feb 27, 2025
Samsung, it is being too much I am getting too much irritated. I bought a laptop for my kid and as it arrived my kid said that the laptop was faulty so we complaint to Samsung about this issue and samsung took an online test and the online engineer said that the laptop was faulty so we will refund your money back. We were nice and accepted but Samsung didnt call us when we called Samsung they told us to make another case and told some engineer would come to see the laptop and give us the refund and the other day we got a call from him and he came to our house and didnt gave us a resolution and said that he would come some other day. he was very suspicious and useless in his task and he kept postponing his dates but he still came to our house and after that, a issue occurred in front of him doing anything our computer wouldn't unlock our fingerprint sensor didnt work but he ignored and said just use the password I got very angry on that but then he came to our house multiple times and simply did nothing at his last visit we called the call centre and they assurred that we would get a refund so we waited until * week later a call came from samsung CEO office and the said to send videos of error at a not so trustworthy email we sent it * times and we waited and waited for no calls were comming and nothing happened we called the helpline multiple times but the said they couldnt handle and their supervisior was busy so we waited until now that the supervisor finally picked up up our call after a * hour long wait that our case was closed every time we called in between each call told different information during the wait period but now the supervisior said that the case was closed because we could not send the video. But it was the opposite. We've already had* sent the video On the day the CEO's office asked. And we also confirmed the email before sending the video. There is a ***% guarantee that the video has reached. However there is a lack of communication between the Samsung service. And now the supervisor told us that there was nothing that Samsung can do which is a big hectic problem because, on the first day, the laptop was faulty. And now she was saying that any money would not be refunded and the services would be charged extra. So This is stealing money, right? Now what can we do we are very frustrated and we are getting mentally harassed this is my last step before going to the CONSUMER COURT and doing a case against Samsung about mental harassment cause we spent approximately ** hours. My kid there missed his studies so called Samsung and let the engineer check the laptop. * more months have passed by and no resolution i have called them multiple times and wrote to them but still no resolution. THEY WANT TO PAY LESS THAN I PAID THEM FOR THE PRODUCT. This is very suffering
