Tatacliq, in the name of selling old products manufactured in ****, with discount has sold me a faulty product which did not work out of the box. Now when I want a replacement / return, Tatacliq denied saying it cannot be returned and want me to contact brand.
I told them its not working out of the box that means Tatacliq sent me the faulty product, they are not ready to accept.
I want either a replacement or a double refund for the inconvenience
