Hello,
I am an engineer and my whole job is dependent on high-end software and computer work.
I have always been a loyal customer of dell for many years. I have a Dell high-end gaming laptop with an expanded warranty. My Nvidia driver is not working for * months and the dell service center is not able to resolve it since then. Due to improper guidance, I literally crashed my system and lost all my data as well. Now they had sent me refurbished motherboard which was indeed in weak condition with lots and lots of dust and damaged parts, which I totally cannot accept such part after paying this much on services. This continued for * straight times and I eventually lost my job during this pandemic situation as I cannot manage to work from home and deliver my work on time due to a faulty laptop and useless services. I demanded a refund amount which I paid for my extended warranty or a brand new replacement of the part, but unfortunately, there was a straight rejection from the dell service center. That was very unsatisfying from their side. After spending this much amount on a system and warranty, the service I am getting is totally unacceptable and literally trashy. I want to file a complaint against it and want to seriously write a very harsh review on this extremely poor quality service due to which I lost my designation at my job and that I cannot forgive it at any cost. I must say this was very disappointing and never expected such service from dell !!!!
I am fixed in such a condition that neither I can buy a new laptop as literally I was jobless and Dell keeps sending me faulty refurbished parts which I cannot accept at any cost.
Kindly help me out, I am seriously fed up with this cycle as I have to support my family and also work at the same time.

Suffering: Mental and economical stress during such a pandemic situation.
