Faraz filed complaint against Dell on Oct 16, 2020
Less than a month I bought a new dell from Bajaj which turns to be a faulty..mother board heating and slow performance issue.
when checked with Dell technical support they confirm that there is a motherboard issue and technician will visit to replace.
Buying a new laptop why should I compromise with repair who will bear the cost of my loss of pay to my work.
Now they have stop responding me and started neglecting saying that there is no problem with the laptop where I have recorded call where tech rep confirming the motherboard issue and was trying to you help me with scheduling repair service which I denied as I do not want to go with alteration

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
