Ola Cabs - Fare paid in cash and deducted in online too

On *th August evening I travelled in Ola auto and unfortunately I have selected Ola money wallet and when I reached destination phone got switched off and driver said I have to pay in cash. As I was not aware that Ola money wallet was selected as payment option I paid the amount in cash. Once I came to know about it I requested for refund and amount got credited.

Again on *th August Morning I tried for cab, it got booked but driver made me wait for long and he didn’t come for pickup. As I was so late to office and cab driver not came for pick up i cancelled the ride and booked another Ola auto. As i processed booking urgently, unfortunate I selected Ola postpaid instead of cash. Again same issue happened. But here, as drivers mobile got hang he told me to check the amount in my app and requested for cash. As I was not aware about the payment method I paid cash.
As and when the driver stopped the ride in Ola app my Ola postpaid got debited. Now when I try for refund like early it was showing no refund allowed.
