Hey IRCTC I trusted on you a lot, but you broke my confidence.
Respected sir/mam
I have done transaction for ticket I have linked, then status shown was failed, and as soon as I cancelled my train the status was not booked.
And I get a note that deducted amount will be credited to your respective bank account within *-* working day's.
Today I checked on this issue now ticket status shown was booked. And no refund will be made
Kindly response for this issue.
I want my refund as soon as possible, because due to that status of not booked and failed transaction and the deducted amount will be get refunded.
I booked another ticket travel from that ticket.
I have attached all the pictures.
Status on the booking date was : Failed and Not Booked.
And it shows the Payment status : Deducted amount from the transaction will be Refunded.
Due to this I booked another train ticket and travel from that.
I'm not rich to take IRCTC burden on my head, it was there error their mistake why I should pay for it.
I ha e evidence regarding all my statement.
