Hi

I booked a cab with Ola on *th September. For this trip before booking I was shown Rs *** for a drop to SNN Raj Greenbay but I have been charged Rs ***. Also I had to pay Rs ** toll.

On calling customer care they are saying no destination was entered while booking the trip. This reason actually does not make sense as I cannot book a trip without entering the destination. Also the driver dropped me at the location which I have entered during booking.

But in the invoice it is showing some "unnamed road" not the destination I wanted.

I am also not getting any replies from Ola on sending emails.
