Hi,
I am Parth Khot.I have purchased Reliance Small Cap Fund Mutual Fund from Paisa Bazar.com.At that time of purchase I have completed all the formalities which were required.Along with that I have submitted mandate form and all those things which were required by you. Date was **-Aug-****.
During that time your team was doing follow up with me like mad.At that time I have informed that make sure my amount gets deducted form my Bank Account automatically from September onwards.
Today I have checked and found no amount has deducted till date.When i call your customer care I am listening various astonishing things from your employees,that mandate took one month and all.
This is very unprofessional behavior I am facing from paisabazar team.I am sending continuous follow up mails to Mr. Rohit Singh,he don't even bothered to reply me back.
Being a Account manager it is responsibility of Mr. Rohit Singh to reply my emails or at least resolve the issue which I am facing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
